Absolute price is rm600k for 1200 and 1100 don't ask why but that's what SA told me. The front facade is facing SE. Nice design, low density, pretty swell. Layout is not too bad, open kitchen with open yard next to it. All 1100sq ft will face the pool, which I don't mind at all. It does have 800sq ft unit which SA claimed that they withheld by dev to release it later at a higher price (hmmm).
Drove to site for survey. No HTC, just a great view I believe. From the model you can see that the 2 blocks are built away from the highway below it. Once I turn into the small trunk road, it is Peaceful and calm, even if when it is just next to highway. Well elevated land. Drove through kampung Malaysia for a while, what a tidy and clean place. I am unsure of the place so I am not sure if I can cut through to other highway, or roads that leads to other areas and amenities.
My perception of staying here is that it will require me to drive through highway to get to coffee shops and amenities. Will definitely need own transport. Won't expect much from rental play, as you can find high density condos, very high density nearby. For own stay, this can be considered. Will go there again and drive around kampung Malaysia, maybe can find good sup Tulang and tomyam, or nasi lemak. I wonder if one can do a u-turn to go to the opposite of the highway to drive towards KL And Scott garden.
