From tmn desa to midvalley, need to jam 45 mins zzz and more developments going on around OKR, with no extra room for additional highway, what u think?

Trinity aquata is just 3-4 km away from bandar malaysia, near HSR and LRT 2 is gonna be walking distance in future..

Edit: feels like im a little bias.. The good thing about kuchai lama and OKR is..... Of course, the food and convenience... Tmn desa is actually a good place to live in, just the jam i x suka.. But, which part of KL x jam right?

But in long run, which one you prefer? Considering the 3 A/C, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and heater Citizen provides.. can saves you up to 30k and above of cash for renovation in Aquata.

are you planning to stay alone or with family? If family wouldn't be 3R better? if staying alone and dont intend to have kids, i think 2R is good enough..

what about rent? you intend to rent the rooms out? more rooms can churn more rental fees

bigger units some are less than RM 500 psf, about 49x.. But that was block A, not sure block B still hold such attractive pricing 

Hello guys! I recently heard about this project... Quite interested in the small unit, after rebate less than rm500k. Reason being that I could be eligible for the my deposit package which allows a maximum of 30% rebate from government.

Just drop by their showroom to get a referral form and fill it up (can pass back to them/email them), the SAs there are quite helpful and will walk you through it

I was there at the sales gallery making a booking for an unit last week. I have verified with them. The person who refers doesn't have to be an existing buyer.. U just have to bring someone, say your brother or father or mother to be the person referring. All they got to do is fill in the form and you'll get the 1%. Offer valid till end of may!
