My SA = developer SA.
What I know trinity will very provide great service but unlucky I selected wrong sales agent. She treat me different with other SA. One of example: When i sign S&P, she told me only can sign in lawyer place and must in weekdays. This make me uncomfortable.  Lucky check with here tai ko let me know them all sign in showroom. End up need to complain only can do it weekend. My comment is please don't buy with part-time SA,please find which SA handle by this trinity project will provide great service.

Of course. I'm the buyer and I know introducer can only get one referral fees. They request my unit number to check whether I have refer anyone before. After they check, they come back to me and say "Sorry sir, your unit is not eligible for referral fees". Really idiot one.

According to this new "promo", the introducer doesn't need to be buyer. Anyone except Trinity Group staff can. Can someone share experience on this?

if the new buyer already register interest thru their website, the introducer still can enjoy the referral fee?
