Design quite nice, location not bad, developer also reliable

Agreed. Other factors aside, I must say that I am loving the water theme in this one smile.gif

Me too, so I talked to another owner about this. Based on his understanding, it's somewhere here as marked on this map:

You know its really depends on where u work and personal preferences right?

Tmn desa enter OKR straight away jam, enter syed putra, also jam.

I used to work in mid valley and im tired getting stucked for 1 hr daily when it only takes 12 mins drive in midnight.

Either way, dont get offended by my comment. Have a good day.
*
Mid Valley... I still remember taking about 20-30mins just to get out of the car park after work around 6-6.30pm last time. If got Jusco/Aeon member's sale days, must come to work earlier to get parking.

building & car park.

I highly recommend dealing directly with the developer, as our (me, my parents and my friend who recently bought) experience with them has been very good. Very professional and friendly thumbup.gif

My SA = developer SA.
What I know trinity will very provide great service but unlucky I selected wrong sales agent. She treat me different with other SA. One of example: When i sign S&P, she told me only can sign in lawyer place and must in weekdays. This make me uncomfortable.  Lucky check with here tai ko let me know them all sign in showroom. End up need to complain only can do it weekend. My comment is please don't buy with part-time SA,please find which SA handle by this trinity project will provide great service.  thumbup.gif

100% agreed. I learned the hard way with insurance too. So far full time staff/agents are the best when it comes to these things. Better commitment, better service. biggrin.gif

Oh great.. With this price at the not-too-bad location. What do u think about this project? Worth to buy? Mind to share.. thanks
*
Well, my parents and I decided to buy because we feel that it has potential to be a good investment. 100% ROI it can hit around RM1,300-RM1,400psf for 839 units, which is around the price of KLCC (e.g. for 1,100sf would be 737k – 590k after rebate – 8k = about 139k Nett Gain).

Interesting. Any reason why it's so high?
*
My folks are pretty optimistic based on the developer's track record: Z Residence selling price (3 yrs back) = RM452K, now selling at RM760K.

You have a simplistic way of investing. There are so many factors that bring appreciation other than just Developer.

The developer is just one of many reasons, of course biggrin.gif My folks are careful with their money.

Yes! My friend went to sign her sales form for 839sq.ft. last week and the SA told her that now they have this Referral Program. We're going 50-50 on it la, but still a pretty sweet mid year bonus for me icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif If I strike lottery and buy another unit I share with you lah lol

Of course. I'm the buyer and I know introducer can only get one referral fees. They request my unit number to check whether I have refer anyone before. After they check, they come back to me and say "Sorry sir, your unit is not eligible for referral fees". Really idiot one.
*
I think that should be the previous plan. This new one that my friend and I are going with is applicable for everyone (except Trinity staff and mgmt). But for a limited time only. I had to ask them because technically I am not a buyer - my parents are, but I am still eligible for the 1% under this new plan.

You may refer to their FB post for the T&C (as posted by https://forum.lowyat.net/user/LegendaryL):

According to this new "promo", the introducer doesn't need to be buyer. Anyone except Trinity Group staff can. Can someone share experience on this?
*
Just drop by their showroom to get a referral form and fill it up (can pass back to them/email them), the SAs there are quite helpful and will walk you through it biggrin.gif

if the new buyer already register interest thru their website, the introducer still can enjoy the referral fee?
*
Oh, my friend didn't register online, I brought her there. But if I'm not mistaken, buyers who registered online previously are not applicable. We need to bring in new unregistered buyers.
