It does sound like a lot of traffic. But while I much prefer Trinity Aquata to Nidoz, I do like the fact that the area is growing, especially with high density developments like Nidoz, and others like Central Residence and The Starz, all going for around RM550k - RM650k and higher. Great for the location - hopefully it will be better known for being a somewhat premium area.

So I'm feeling pretty good about the future of this area...
