There's same Youku apk you can find else where but with advertising and some has geo-restriction. you need a VPN to watch.

These is a "mod" copy to removed the ads, restriction and auto update has been disable.

The app works fine on my mi box . For the videos that loads, the quality and loading speed is good. Since can't read Chinese ,I just tried to play everything hahaha

Some are full movies, some are 10-20 minutes of a movie. I guess those need to pay to continue watching.
