I only RM 200.....

Standard lo. It's about RM200-300 but some chinaman company even lower RM50 also got.
Usually before confirmation is without EPF & SOCSO, after confirmation only got.

RM200 is good enough. Company like Intel, Agilent or other MNC don't have increment after confirmation!

it's a local software house.
I was there for 1.5 years.
then 2nd company, before confirm, I left ..

3rd company, MNC, no pay increase for completing probation.

After confirmation no increment, only after a year they review.

Don't depend on increment la...

some people work for 10 years ...every year also wait for increment only.

At the 10th year, final salary also not high.

I think you are very lucky to get an increment of RM200 after confirmation. I didn't get mine and from what i heard, only after 1 yr, they will review us and increase our pay. Some of my pals got only RM50 increment.

This is what i meant. MNC like Agilent and Intel do not have increment after probabtion period

none in both MNC companies I work.. don't hold your breath. In fact I had to keep asking for a raise before I got one...

It depends from case to case. Certain companies you need to ask for it else they will keep quiet.

mine is 4% usually at rm 70-90

If they give you less than RM 100, you tell them to keep it for themselves to buy Sugus!
