Kallstrom should be all but done.

Word going round we are still interested in Morata and is exploring the option of Quagliarella.

Going to bed, taking so long just to confirm the signing of Kim Kardashian. Hopefully we sign at least one other player preferably a striker when I wake.

So funny la people complaining Arsene didn't sign Draxler or any other expensive player.

I can bet these are the same people who ridiculed the signing of Flamini and haven't even heard of Draxler till 2014.

FFS. This is what I hate about being where we are. For a moment we were rid of these plastics. Unfortunately these plastics are part and parcel of being at the top.

I don't understand why Wenger don't want to buy a proven, real quality forward. Giroud is not the answer. You can see the stats.

Out of all strikers in EPL, Giroud has the most clear cut chances, with 18 clear cut-chances as compared to Suarez, Aguero, Negredo etc. Out of 18, he missed 12 clear cut chances. Not to mentioned he mostly missed it not because of the saves made by GK, but was due to shot out wide.  shakehead.gif

A team is feared by its forward line up. Look at City, Barcelona, Real Madrid, they are scoring at will. We have good midfielders, yes, and that explained why we created 18 clear cut chances for Giroud as of Jan 8, but he MISSED 12 goals! In games, it's important to have a goal poacher. I hate it when we lost easy points because of blundered Giroud.

If we had the likes of Mandzukic, that would be so much different and so much fun to watch.
*
Yet Chelsea are okay with the likes of Etoo and Torres. rolleyes.gif

Talk is easy. Tell me which proven, quality forward is available during the January transfer window?

You only talk about the Giroud's misses yet you conveniently leave out his assists and the overall contribution he brings to our game. Those flickons, headers, link up play etc. Its no coincidence we play shit when you take him out and play Poldi as centre forward. Not to say Poldi is a bad player but sometimes when the balance of the team is upset it can make good players look mediocre.

I am of the opinion we need another striker as well, but not to replace Giroud but rather play with him or rotate with him.

Any updates on young Jack's fitness?

If he is still out it will be Arteta/Kallstrom tomorrow thumbup.gif

Don't judge so early guys. Wait till you see him in action first before running the rule.

Guys, Kallstrom is reported injured during his first training with Arsenal and could miss 2-3 months. I wish I was drunk typing nonsense but shit is real

P.S Reports remain unconfirmed as I type by the way

Ok the stories seems to be twisted our of proportion. Kallstrom arrived with a minor back problem and will be out for only for the Crystal Palace match but should be back for the next. He did not pick up the injury in training.

Elsewhere Draxler has admitted on German TV that he had great offers to leave but Schalke were the ones that stopped and blocked any move for him.

So for those blaming Arsene for this, go fly kite. whistling.gif

he was brougt in for cover, so no need fret so much...tho wish could see him play tomolo..had him in my Arsenal team several CM editions ago..
worry no bro, he'll be here next season, if not him, I'll settled for Reus..

That is right. That is the keyword right there. He was brought in for cover. Hence I don't understand all the negativity surrounding him.

His duty is to just hold the fort till Jack, Aaron, Flamini and to a certain extent Tomas are all back from suspension or fit again.

I don't think he will even get a game when all are fit. Plus he is just on loan.

The best way to end this weekend is by winning tomorrow and see Citeh drew with Chelski.  laugh.gif

I dont mind Chelsea winning also because the West Ham game showed that the lesser teams can still park the bus against them and be successful. Not many of the lesser teams can withstand Citeh's attack

Jack should be back next week.
Flamini returns after 4 games.
Ramsey another 4-6 weeks.

Kallstrom, who's been brought in to provide cover for them, will be out for at least 6 games.
I wonder would he ever kicks the ball for us?
*
Arteta and Rosicky or Arteta and the OX CM tomorrow. My guess it'll be the OX since Rosicky will be short on match fitness

What about this as possible line-up?

Ok what?

Ox will be in the middle and based on Cazorla's form he will start.

Plus Rosicky's match fitness is questionable. Doubt Arsene will start him so soon.

Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Arteta, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Cazorla, Ozil, Podolski, Giroud

subs: Fabianski, Jenkinson, Gibbs, Rosicky, Zelalem, Gnabry, Bendtner

No surprises, that is about the best lineup we can put out there today.

Hopefully more bodies will become available next week. Badly need them back for our impossible Feb-Mar fixtures.

Yes! Liverpool drew! COYG! 3 points tonight please!

Gg need Tomas in. The OX has pace and directness about him but lack the industry and linkup play Tomas offers.

With palace parking the bus the OX pace has been rendered useless
