Aiya, personally i dont mind about freehold or leasehold.
Further more, most projects in tht vicinity are leasehold.
i'm looking at affordability & good location.

if i can afford & the location is good, thn i will go for it.
By the way, how much they are selling ya? Any indicative price?

I think that the location of this project is not bad as not many project have a direct access to highway.

Furthermore it is smack in between Setapak, Wangsa Maju & KLCC.

By the way, my relative was staying in the PPR there & they are doing a good job to maintain the community as well as the building.

Anyway, i am looking forward to own a unit in this project if i can secure a unit during their 1st launch ;-)
