I din't think developer simplynwant to drop their price just to increase sales....i think their strategy is like giving rebate here and there.then add up with freebies to mask their profit margin...

One thing for sure,it is a buyer market now...if we want lower price,all malaysian should equivocally restraint from buying a new launch project for at least 6 months.only then we will see house price dropping significantly cause developer under intense pressure to serve their interest from bank....

But i don't think this thing will happen cause the cooling measure still not hard enough like what singapore gomen did
