Yup, went to their booth at Nu Sentral. SA said the sales gallery will be ready next month

Jalan Semarak will be widen to 100ft from 30ft but after that not sure

The price will start at 4++K for smallest unit of 800sft if I'm not mistaken. More than 20 facilities for The Padang (Phase 1) and unit with balcony only for 1,200 sft.
