Your VRM sounds normal to me, assuming that you're OC'ing the GPU. Sapphire R9 290X VRMs is designed to withstand heat up to 120 deg. Given the cooling algorithm of the card, I'd expect those kind of VRM temperatures.

yes while it's OC Extreme it reach VRM1 100C VRM2 70C on idle/light apps both low under 35-40C

Own the 2x 2713hm still loving it. I just dont see 4k gaming at the moment unless GTX 980 Ti or some Sheet like that in the future

About the same as Acap1986, minimum 1.5k. Mine's at about 2.1k. The Swiftech pump cost me the most.
