QUOTE(shepard @ Oct 6 2014, 11:29 PM) Both maxed out in MSI-AB, voltage +87mV and power limit 125% I think my card maxed out at 1380 core and 2000 memory. Can't get it stable at anything above 1380, but I think the memory can go a bit more.

QUOTE(="@k£LwIN@"= @ Oct 28 2014, 08:12 PM) Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming Core: 1577 Mem: 7800 Overvolt: No (it seems to be adaptive under Afterburner depends on the Core/mem clock) Powerlimit %: 112% Target Temp: 85 c Max Temp: 68-69 c when load Fan Speed: Linear curve 100% at 85c [attachmentid=4190366] When you say core at 1577 you mean the boost clock? What did you actually set the core to?

I'm impressed Shep, I gave up after breaking 1900 score, anyway my reference card was already at its limit in terms of how much further it could overclock. Still darned happy with what it could do.
That base/boost clock on G1 980 is pretty beast. Sure as hell won the silicon lottery.

Yagami,
Please amend my 1922 score on 1080p leaderboard to reflect the boost clock instead of the base clock. Thx!
Score: 1922 - 1502mhz core / 2000mhz memory
