I'm also a switch axe user, and I killed it with a Usurper's Downpour(Zinogre's looking weapon) which has thunder element phial.
Just make sure you bring a lot of potions, mega potions and etc to survive and remember to upgrade your armour.

....only just finish 4 stars...now come this urgent quest...najarala was quite ez for me..but dunno why this gore so difficult..maybe i change new weapon...beaten naja with my defender charge blade..

Sounds hard for you atm. Either get better gear or play multiplayer first and proceed with story later when you are stronger.

when an urgent quest appear..how soon we need to tackle it before it disappear? any ideas?

Don't have la bro. Leave it forever also the urgent quest won't go away.
Take your time and upgrade and train more, should be fine.

for the Caravan quest 7 star and above, do you need to rank up your HR
in order to unlock the urgent quest that will unlock the next caravan quest?

I know HR rank will unlock some optional quest but how about those story
progression quest?

Don't have to rank up your HR. But you'll need awesome gears to survive to solo.
So you'll probably end up in multiplayer or something to get better gears to advance in the story.
If you are a veteran probably could survive with normal gears

Pretty easy to advance in the story, just see what the important people wants you to hunt/capture. Just do the main one which is highlighted most of the time in a dialogue box.
Can always ignore the other minor characters quest like the cook, seller and etc.. But of course food other items might not be unlocked.

anyway I did solo HR1 in gathering hall and manage to rank up to HR2 but the
monster has so much HP compare to caravan quest

Also the 7 star quest hunt 2 Tetsucabra he make
my Cenatour + Gore set look like "paper" compare to S.Magala

I sad that i just craft that set not long ago and now need to craft HR Tetsucabra set since
i terrible at dodging

A yes all the quest at the gathering hall has lots and lots of HP and takes forever to finish.
That is why previously on MH3U or any other MH games, people either go to gatherings or buy a Wii/Wii U to play online, to rank up.

That means it's time to change gears, or mine some sphere to upgrade the armour's defence.

For someone who uses Switch Axe, it's not that easy to dodge as well, but usually just hit the monster once or twice and dodge just to be safe.
Don't full combo the monster all the time and be greedy. Take it slow, so that you have more potions and mega potions to use
The dodging part, just need to get used to the monsters pattern, once you play the game for hundreds of hours, you can pretty much dodge anything

having some problem with rathian atm, cant seem to kill it (quest fail by time out)
im wearing bhanabra armor (upgraded till it requires armor sphere +)
