i try to take out my glove box a few minutes ago to see what inside the dashboard. i dont think i can DIY the wiring to enable the video while driving.

need more detail about the procedure especially on how to take out the 7" screen display unit.

similar the image on the thailand forum at the link i provide earlier. all with same colour of cables & all at similar location.

the problem is i cannot find the cable they mention in the thailand forum, maybe it was hidden behind the 7" screen unit. i am not sure how to take out the HU from the dashboard, only can find 1 screw attached to the unit.

i try to use my finger to check the cable because it was hidden from my sight, & i am sure it locate at the behind of the 7" screen display unit. i need a few images from other forum on how to take out the HU.

this is the images from the thailand forum. i copy the images to my handphone as a reference when i try to search for the cables this evening.

i cannot find the cable in the 2nd image. or the cable should be inside the black cover/wrapping?

i am pretty sure the 3rd image locate at the back of the 7" screen unit.

i checked this morning and yes i am having the same issue. also v spec.

this is the 1 i order from honda thailand. the sport racing spoiler & front chrome grill.

the item already arrived at the place i've made the order earlier

but..

still dont have time to go there for installation. maybe early may, planning on a few days vacation starting on labour day.

with my wife & family..

the whole bodykit include front grill + racing spoiler still not reach rm3k include painting & installation.

i add the original sport pedal & door visor with my order.

still thinking about other accessories.. actually honda thailand offer a lot of other accessories for new city for car interior & exterior.

the original door visor from honda access thailand come with clips & double side tape.

hehe. that is why i dont ever consider mugen bodykit.

yes, u are right. maybe it was a customize version.

inform me if u have any confirm fact about this. i seriously want to install a reverse camera from the day 1 i received my ride.

yeah, same result. dont have the cover too..

1st long journey trip with my ride yesterday morning from perak to thailand. auto cruise enable, average speed 110km/l.

the modulo front chrome grill & full bodykit with sport racing spoiler will be install early next month. i also add the aluminium sport pedal with my order.

2014 Honda City – 10,000 bookings within first month

The 2014 Honda City has collected 10,000 bookings within a month of its official launch on March 20, well surpassing the previous record of 3,000 bookings within a month of launch for the fourth-gen CR-V.

Honda Malaysia says it will be able to complete deliveries for all 10,000 bookings by end-June, thanks to the new No. 2 Line in Pegoh, which has doubled production capacity as well as enabled flexible production scheduling to speed up output.

In addition, sales are up 30% in Q1 2014 over the same period last year. Honda Malaysia aims to sell 76,000 Honda vehicles this year.
