Completed a basic setup for a customer recently .. The setup is not really for UV funky guys ... but "performance"

Its quite hard to squeeze everything inside considering its a quite big TT Armor case somemore ..

Cable management is hardest, I had to custom solder all fan cables & some other cables seperately in order to hide the wires ..

Below are some hardwares & details :

5x Seagate 320gb Sata II .10 model .. ( quickest Sata drive !! )
DFI Expert 939socket
1x PCI-E 7900GTX 512mb ( SLI ready anytime )
1x DVDRW
1x Internal memory card reader
1x M-Play Blast Programmable LCD display ( 5.25" )
1x Pump
1x 3x120mm Fan radiator
1x Swiftech Storm CPU block
1x DD Maze4 GPU block
1x DD Chipset block
Clearflex hose
3x Nidec 120mm 3bladed fan with thermal sensor for the radiator
1x Shroud ( for the middle fan on rad, )
PC ICE UV reactive coolant. Non conductive, so any leak NOT supposed to short your hardwares ..

Sound insulation material for automobiles but used on PC ..

Customer didn't want to spend on my other UV ATA & Sata cables, so we use back the original UGLY DFI cables. Those yellow cables are indeed ugly & dull looking under UV light even though its reactive ....sianzz

** Shroud act like an air tunnel. Made from a faulty 120mm fan )

One of the nice case i have seen....

But i think the holes for water tube to flow out or in from radiator could cover with U-Channel for protecting the tube scratched from the case .....

Awesome mod. But seriously, the Dfi cables are ugly, spoil the whole thing.

Off topic:
Can anyone pls tell me where to get the insulation material? Thanks.

If you want Akasa Paxmate, I know Overclockers Paradise sell those in Lowyat. Not cheap though. Personally I am using it and it hardly muffles the sound.

sound dampening mat works if ur pc is already considered more to quiet side.

it basically, tone down high pitched sound more, that's all ... not for when u have like 2-3 whining fans inside lor .. smile.gif

You can try Dynamat extreme but it is rather expensive though for that.

Dampening material only works well if it's heavy and thick. The thin ones rarely make a difference.
