I dont trust them also,
but recent reviews from notebookcheck (german site) and notebook review forum had a lot of good review on this machine.. At first, a lot of doubt, but look like acer do a good job on this... I'm thinking of give them a chance....

I dont think i will consider Lenovo ... My others options is Asus G551 or MSI but both of them with the same spec will cost 15-20% more (or more for MSI)...

hi all, where can I get the asus G551 with extra assessory (...).... + 4G memory upgrade.

MSI GE60 2PE-293MY price about RM3.9K (from lazada)
Asus ROG with 4GB memory upgrade is about RM3.4K (from lowyat)

with same spec.... For rM500 I can get a SSD drive.....(why go for 7200 RPM disk....)


It also seen like asus cooling is better compare to MSI even with only one FAN...
MSI pro is the "Gaming features" but how much it help in actual gaming experience? cannot put a value on it......

I do think MSI is overate and over sold (with good commission), unless have new product line..


Personally is still prefer asus, but Acer is value for money with 12GM RAM......

My choice now is hardware - asus, value for momney & sales after service - acer...
