Dear keyzjh,I beg to differ what is said here.
We had replaced your faulty processor but we found physical damage on it. ILLEGEAR and Intel could not replace physically damaged processor without any cost.
As per inspection, you disassembled your laptop and re-pasted your processor thermal paste several times and your processor failed in your own thermal paste application after a period of usage.
We would be very happy to replace your processor if it's a manufacturing defect like how we serve our customers. But in your case the physical damage is clearly done by human error.
If you have any issue with your current laptop, we will always be happy to help out.
