Hi all,
My Saga BLM almost approaching 5 years age in few months time (about 65k milleage), have never done any big/major service before.
All the while was just changing engine oil, filter, alignment, balancing, brake fluid (once, around 48k milleage), just change 1 pair of tyre recently after 4 years of usage, the another pair was changed 2 years ago when tyre puncture due to attached with nail in the highway.
Planning to send for a full car check and service. But I don't really know good mechanic and worry if overcharged/ask to change something that unnecessary.
I have few concerns with my car now: 1. Glove box stucked few months back, still couldnt found a way to fix it myself 2. The tinted already shows bubble, will be my next item to change. 3. Never change my car battery before, is it bad to the car?
Any advice guys? Do you think the car need to have a full service check now?
Thanks.

QUOTE(shannonlim @ Mar 2 2014, 06:41 PM) 5 years nv change battery before?!?!?! Yes, as far as I remember, or maybe there was 1 time, but also few years back already LOL Its still working good for the moment, but i can start feeling my car become quite 'heavy' recently in terms of driving feel, not too sure if its related to which part of the car

QUOTE(dares @ Mar 2 2014, 08:17 PM) :Edited: The threehold product looks good! have any one of you tried on Saga? thinking to have a try on mine.. Thanks boss! On the other hand, I would prefer to have a full car check, and service whenever necessary, don't like to spend for something extra, so I actually worry if the mechanic or shop will simply quote for everything. Can you please advise what will be a normal charge for car inspection, without changing anything yet? Any advisable shop to do this? TqTq.. This post has been edited by smas: Mar 2 2014, 08:39 PM

QUOTE(shannonlim @ Mar 2 2014, 06:41 PM) 5 years nv change battery before?!?!?! I just made a quick check via Google, not too sure if this is correct, seem like car battery can lasts for 3-5 years or even more, so I guess it shouldnt be any surprise for my case. hahaha, correct me if I'm wrong *milleage is another story, while my milleage is only recorded at approximately 65k in about 4.8 years time This post has been edited by smas: Mar 2 2014, 09:00 PM
