 Do I need to resubmit resume on JobStreet?

Agree with everyone above, especially filling up your jobstreet account details, as what you are doing is active searching, while you totally forgo passive searching, that is, to let headhunters and prospective employers to search through jobstreet's database and find you.

The Word file you uploaded is just an attachment when you submit an application to a prospective employer or headhunter. But a prospective employer or headhunter cannot "find" you if they are diligent enough in the jobstreet database because you did not fill in your details. Fill in both, they will receive your jobstreet details AND your attachment cv.
