i also vote for v0.84 nod.gif

btw, i just test from v0.71 till v0.84 only
the version that later than v0.84 didnt even try before...
*
i've tried it, dunno whether is program buggy or TM trick, 0.84 onwards eaten a lot of upload speed and become all the connections congested.

nothing particular..cuz i heard from my friend said the download speed also depend on which port u listen to...

the better listening port should be 5 digits above till 65535 of unknown port used.

but recently, the bitcomet run very slow. I'm still thinking of wanna try VPN not.

Any good VPN recommend? cool2.gif cool2.gif

you can use any 5 digit no. of port that not been used by other program
for sure, dun even use 12345
other is ok

and the port no. didnt affect the speed much

please ask in Broadband User-2-User subforum

I'll recommend BC0.84 , its stable.
0.85 onwards, eat a lot of upload therefore effected ur incoming peers download. u can see 5 mins the speed run up quickly, but after a while it drop back to 0-10kB/s ranging. Coz ur upload speed congested already.

BC0.84 won't have this issues. Connected peers at 25-30 already can get 100kB/s download.

No joke, the P2SP and ED plugin are very awesome.
This time of Bitcomet is similar to Tuotu.

Currently download from P2SP, 100kB/s

Can find the ED plugin here http://download.bitcomet.com/achive/BitComet_0.91_plugin.exe

need any settings ? or let it default ?

edit: its fast, but lag,
solution : preferences > advanced > connection > socket start interval(ms) change to 100ms may solved the problem.
