Post budget 2014, most of property sales drop.The developer which plan to launch new project ,hold it to see the impact.Some just wait and see,same goes to the buyer due the imposed that introduce by MOF.
As for Mah Sing that you mention their sales is increase..this might be due to their new launching of their apartment with starting price from Rm300k.For land property, are their sales increase?sama maa.. or much less because their price is high.

There is one restaurant in setiamall which sps belanja to their potential buyer after tour at eco park project.
'Dancing fish',..forget the name fusion of javanese,malay ,chinese cuisine if i'm not mistaken during lunch. Quite ok...because it is free and belanja by sps.

Noo..lah just myfriend invite me because his wife don't want to go la..anyway eco park is not within my reach..can't use bullet there but missiles....different level altogether...theirpool villa is for head honcho and taikor besar..2m & above.But their SA said,ecohill 1 will follow setia alam eco park concept..that's why i'm ere..

In corporate sector which are big as Sps, sudden exodus of their HOD,sector head or GM should not effect the operation of company...IF any...Last 2 years,inSelangor there are Vss offered by mnc which listed in fortune 50 co, more than 6 local senior GM took the offer together with many senior managers and manager.This not include many engineers and supervisor also took this vss which total combine of more than 200 employee.There's no havoc interm of post vss for operation,problem arises and shortage of talented worker.HQ aporoved their release and vss taken and the company stay resilient and improve with an increase of productivity and workmanships together with acheiving no 1 product qty sales in US market.It's not 1 or 3 person running the show but organization as a whole running the show especially mid level management and engineer.
If current comp fail means that the previous leaderships is notgood enough in business mngmt and risk mngmt to leave company without rock solid foundation succession and delegation.

The proposed exit link from Lekas Semenyih toll intersection to SEH has start, land have been cleared. They clear the land behind the single storey yellow house at the intersection. I think that they need to start the construction early to accommodate the time line of 1st phase SEH completion.
Maybe this progress also to show to the next launch EM potential buyer.
