Oppps... my bad, my bad...  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

Well, LKS currently still holding 2.76% stake (67.79 million shares) of SPS.

http://www.bursamalaysia.com/market/listed...cements/1413377

If he carries this to EW, definitely will be still the one of the top 10 shareholders mah...  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

Nevertheless, since PNB offers a price of RM 3.95/share and current open market price for SPS just merely RM 2.88, that portion of shares definitely will be sold off by LKS to PNB loh...  brows.gif  brows.gif

Hahaha...good one bro sam.
Now we know who is the one simply blow water ... like hurricane lagi..
Yet to be sold, hence, still one of the top 10 shareholders.
I am waiting for the response..

I thought the agreement was that he needed to sell when he leave the company?
*
I am sure the option to exercise the selling rights will have an expiry date which may not necessarily coincide with the resignation date. Nonetheless, LKS is only leaving effective 30 April 2014 if m not mistaken.

Yeah, remember reading on the Edge on mistake made by PNB; no incentive for LKS to work harder as he's compensation is not performance based - i.e.: he can sell to PNB at fixed price or market based on whichever is higher basis.

Exactly, all large corporations have exodus of staff - not just at top, even in between when someone leaves the faithful staff leaves - this happens everywhere and i am certain there will be a succession plan - only question is will it be as successful as LKS can be.

Disagree.
No chair can be stable without 4 legs - similarly, no company / cabinet can be successful without the team / ministers.
Then again, excellent leader motivates and creates excellent team - if he takes all the prodigy then, the company is in a dangerous situation - but, as said, some plan will be in place, whether successful or not - to be seen.

Good leader leave and replaced by another good leader

Existing excellent team follow and replaced by another excellent team

Balance team will work together with new excellent team for better future.

This is true given that the new leader is as inspiring as the previous one - then again the spirit may not be the same as LKS is founder and now new leader is more of one that is capable - but, you never know till you empower someone to do the job. Just like LKS, we may have another that will groom the company in different ways.

Are you one of the setia ecohill die hard fan?
*
No one here is diehard fan of SEH - we are just happy buyers and been following the project closely.

And, the article that you linked here, it is also a personal opinion of the author and no obligation to believe or not to - its up to individual interpretation. Nonetheless, unless, the author has some insider info or been partially employed under SPS HR - 250 staffs of SPS leaving is just another number without any substance.

For a start, most people who had followed SPS will know that TS LKS resignation was imminent and he is certainly joining Eco World. And, for those who thinks or "wants" SEH to fail, you all sound as imbecile as it could get; more like stinking jelly lemons cuz Eco Worlds EM project is sandwiched in between SEH1 and SEH2 - which shares all the infra that is to be built there and both company's project will not sustain should either one fail.

So, for those who wants to invest in EM - be mindful that EM will only be successful if SEH is and for SEH and SEH2, EM needs to be successful - those who have not seen the other side of the town or its masterplan - can continue to blow water here as the buyers are as optimistic as ever. smile.gif

Lol.. I dunno how the author can get the "official figures" 250 people leaving SPS, maybe she is part time working in SPS HR department??  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

By the way, do you really know the exact number of staffs in SPS?  doh.gif  doh.gif

I am only a peanut follower, not a diehard fans of anyone....  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

Just wondering why people keep on imposing the "rumours" in SEH after LKS leaving... Perhaps they don't know EcoMajestic will be established near to the vicinity of SEH and the residents of EM most likely will be sharing some infra that connected to the SEH too....      thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif or maybe they too naive to believe that the whole township can be established successfully only with EM alone?  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

Exactly, all authors - esp. freelance ones have been given a column for expressing opinions - and opinions only sell on hot stuff - and this is the past year in thing just being refreshed for readers...

Kawan, dun simply create the news
This 15% of 1600 to 1700 employees leaving SPS since 2013 and of coz some of them join Eco world.
But some of them got better offer outside and do others thing.

They leave the company since 2013 n LKS resigned yesterday. So should be LKS follow them to cabut instead of they follow LKS to cabut.  laugh.gif  laugh.gif

Lekas interchange is well on its way - if you all had taken the heli ride - it was shown, and the contract has been awarded - but, I am unsure to which concession to build the interchange.
The road works are all done.
