heard the serene heights launch by UEM at bangi, just not too far from SEH, price from 500k or 550k on DSL (20x70?? to be confirm)with no gated guarded and no fence and guarded...does it make SEH a value buy now?

not yet officially launch but can get those info frm sales gallery...suddenly feel that SEN is a real worth buy now...situated on higher ground with direct link built to lekas highway and nice township with gated/fenced guarded at below 450k for DSL...

hmm,i stayed in kajang for my studies and frequent that area for mcd and occasional lunch for 5 years,and there's hardly any pubs and chinese restaurant(tai chao) selling liquor.There are no movie theater as well last i checked

dun worry, that why the SEH entry price is lower compare to others...sp setia will do the magic to make the commercial become hot...most important, affrodable price to attract more residents to stay in...once population built up, the commercial will start to come up as well...

chill, jusco cheras selatan is not far away

its not really that near, about 21km....

but at leats no issue on those grocery..got tesco just stone away...

yeah,mostly those stay in bangi will go to jusco cheras selatan or the mines for movies,but it will definitely convenience if it is available within bangi
