if that is true: two questions:

1) it will be cut from where to where? Which part of EM to Lekas?
2) Will it be public accesible road? This is believe yes, and if yes, it will bring good to whole of Semenyih.

Then the best guess is it cuts from EcoHill then fork into two, one head towards the corner left of  EM and another towards Ecohill parcel...

That's if everyone works together. If got disagreement the whole plan won't work.

The interchange from Lekas to SEH - Ecohill link will eventually meet a roundabout and 12 o clock will head into EM - Ecohill link - which then will continue into SEH2 - so, for EM, m sure there will be some sort of security measure to disable non owners from entering.

Yes, these projects are the only ones neighbouring Lekas - and will have dedicated exit - next one is Pajam / Nilai - but no dedicated exit to any township - so, if you really want to skip the trunk road - then have to go further down south to nilai and then cut back - so, considering all these - m sure the link will go on as planned - and be successful and indeed a good news to Semenyih town as a whole.

hehe..ya, go experience uself..i think most of the buyers already been at setia eco hill from day to night during the lauching day, which is friday...shoudl be working day for the factory as well, if got any smell, should be detected on that day...but somehow nobody smell that..and the fact is the air there is so refreshing....
well, dun trust anyone, go setia eco hill, bring ur i pad, u can sit at welcome center from day to night...and try to smell whether got bad smell or not...

Didn't smell poultry-like, more chemical-like; organicky, using the vernacular of organic chemistry. I am suspecting the chemical plant near Jalan Semenyih.

no la,,if really got bad smell, need to study the wind direction there, who knows the wind direction always blow to EM side leh..

if u study the plan correctly, EM is so near to the KFC factory...maybe the smell for dead chicken is even worst....

It is so easy if you are looking for head counts, just ask the whole zumba participants and the coach that day. They were zumba-ing in stale foul air.
