RHB can only give me -2.45 if I take MRTA.  Without MRTA, they only offer -2.40

of course i think i am leng chai lo. So can get 100% discount ah for first property?

No matter how leng chai you are,
there is NO WAY that SPS is going to give 100% discount for their properties.
You can however keep on dreaming for this and also dreaming how leng chai you are.
