Linked semi-d at 800-900k (but my guess is 900k onwards during launching) but smaller land area shldnt be a bad news for us, rite? Then their MC can be sky high since it's fully G&G and vp is 36 mths from spa with no dibs .... so u work out yr math and see lo tongue.gif

I guess no problem as they dun build the show houses for people to stay but just to show.
Went to see Rimbayu show houses the other day, the internal wall is not make by bricks but I think plywoods only.
Afterall, these show houses are going to demolish later.
But still, I think quite impossible also.
