Guys, I'm rooted (with no custom recovery) and would like to change my firmware to D80210f-SEA-xx (currently using HKG v10b). Will I lose root?

Btw, is v10f root-able? I heard about problems with rooting v10f, but that was in december. Can the latest ioroot root v10f? Just doing this to make preparations for kitkat when it arrives here. I'm not getting updates with HKG version, so that's why I would like to change to SEA
