just doing fine for my car and lorry. both also done high mileage .just follow then instruction of the engine flush.some need to idle 3 till 5 minute and some just pour with your old oil and drive a few days(this i don't dare try on my lorry cos if something happens then no need do business 1 or 2 week already )
