if this is your first time working out, that is to be expected. but yeah, maybe try to go slower next time and progressively improve your timing later.

when i use freeletics i do it as often as i can because i don't feel it is intense enough (i go to the gym now). but i don't there is any pressure. it all depends on you how fast you wanna become stronger, faster, better.
