Just tried this yesterday and the app rekomen me Prometheus to start.

Didn’t do it in great form. Should I do it slowly? I finish in 9+ mins but dizzy and no strength at all after.

Do you train everyday or once every few days? I don’t think I can do it everyday. If don’t train everyday will lose the effectiveness?
