Long story short, it's currently my main workout programme, apart from my usual sports, run and what not.
It has been about 6+ months since I started using the coach.

In a nutshell:
I like it, because I've definitely became more fit. Judging from sports performance, increased endurance for some exercises burpees, push-ups etc.
Also, it's mostly bodyweight, so you just need a decent (apart from running and pull-up which needs an equipment/somewhere to do it). Being an office worker with late working hours, it's perfect for me. I usually need only about 30-40 mins for a workout (unless it's a single Metis) so it won't take up too much of my time.

I went for the 12 months coach, since it offers the highest discount and I'm quite sure it will be the only workout programme I will stick with.

I paid 55.99 Euro, that was in January and after 30% discount.
