well, i do agree with this ... but, by kicking them, those resource that they donated will be gone, right?
so, if that person donated alot and he forget to mention that he will be away, we might lost alot of resources.

other than this, i go agree to just kick them and let new blood flows in.

When a member of an alliance withdraws, their contributed resources and experience will be removed and may cause the Alliance Hall to lower in level. That player's contributed emblems remain, so the alliance rank remains unchanged.

i dont want to try actually.... i think if we have 10 person in waiting list, let them setup a new alliance... else, maintain it as 1 alliance with waiting list.
as for kicking, lets kick when they inactive for 7 days. and give some priviledge to the player that donate alot. lets say top 10 of most donate, give them a warning before kicking, those 11-15, just kick after 7 days.

what do you guys think?

warning give 1 day for top 10. top 5, give 2 days warning. top 3, give 3 days warning.

so in total,

1-3 - max 10 days.
4-5 - max 9 days.
6-10 - max 8 days.
11-15 max 7 days.
