 Is it true Torrent will spoil a Laptop faster?

read somewhere last time said average SSD have life span of write/erase 20GB a day for at least 5 years before 1st chips fail....

and SSD will have longer lifespan than your laptop (used normally)

if you have HDD / SDD in a pc, use HDD since it is cheaper, but no prove that torrent will spoil SSD

torrent technology is improved d, now they write into cache first before write to disk... so is less random write on SSD/HDD

above all is my assumption, please verify with google
