I just want to buy a nice Rolex for my dad...a gift that a son should always give to his dad when he made it one day, this year end, i will surprise my dad with one.

Why submariner? I mean Rolex has many models but why you recommend submariner and not other models, Yatch Master for example?

If that were true I would be buying a PP. But I wouldn't even fathom getting one. So no, 3-5 months salary is crazy to me.

Nahh. Just planning to. My current most expensive watch is only about 40% of my current monthly salary.
