From my POV, Omega is higher end den Panerai.. Panerai just famous among youngster nowaday and is from Italy.. is different class and standard it brings out compare to Omega. Personal favourite for now is still Breitling though . . .

I would say 99% of those buying branded watches for self satisfaction be it collecting and keep in safe nor wearing it as daily beater.

Price does not matter as long as he/she can afford it, right?

A watch should not cost more than a month salary and a real man shouldn't be struggling for vanity purchase.

1 month max for any watch. Preferably 20-30% of net monthly income.

based on my current earning, a ceiling of rm500/watch/month. If beyond that budget, I may have to delay another new watch purchase for few months.

Handbag got different type for different purpose and different color to match the color of the heels.

A man just needs one Submariner for everything. From black tie event, to diving, to being a super spy. Just ask James Bond.

some people who have 7 figure savings in their bank account is happily commuting around in their myvi.
Quoted for truth. I personally know someone exactly like that, the myvi is her only car. But she wears a rolex though.

Whether you acknowledge or not, a watch does says a lot about a man. so "Dress for the job you want, not the job you have."

For a black tie, I think a proper dress watch is required. James Bond no choice, spy ma so life more important than watch. hehe.
Actually I would prefer a GMT for more practical purpose in this time and age unless you are a spy lo who dives.

Omega Seamaster 300 currently. Omega for the modern bond movies. Rolexes for the old.

Yes Bremont, fairly young company suitable for a young franchise
