QUOTE(JapanKid89 @ Jan 16 2014, 01:54 PM) He promises that he will be useful? and that they will be travelling well?? Why do I have to remember what I read in the LOTR? The highlight of the campaign would be the gradual shift in ArthusSeriously the one book I enjoy most is this one: ![]() Just caused I can experience it in-game! Ending with him killing his father The rest of the campaigns were just meh |

QUOTE(Davidtcf @ Jan 16 2014, 02:45 PM) why such requirements "2 books a week"? It's a sin to not read all 50 pages before commentingsounds immature.. u dont put a requirement for love.. it doesn't work that way. "1 Corinthians 13:4-8 New International Version (NIV) 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." what you're expecting is just self-seeking.. love is about sacrifice, trust, hope, perseverance towards the other. If you can find a man that knows such things and treat you like this.. you are already in good hands. i'm a married guy so I know what I'm talking about. No point u find a guy that read 2 books a week, can get along well with you but ends up it doesn't lasts. heard of stories of a wife earning more than a man, and the man only earns like peanut but they remain as a happy family? Or a man super rich marries a kampung girl and yet they have kids and remain happy? Or 2 very poor ppl fighting to make ends meet but they still continue on as a happy family? Do they set such min/max criteria? No they dont.. it's the commitment, the sacrifice, the time, the afford, the preserverance, the patience they put in to make it work. Love is like sowing a plant, starts off from a mere seed, after putting it in the soil, cultivating it, and giving it all it needs it blossoms to a full and healthy plant. Continuous effort to take good care of it is necessary else it might just wither and die.. if both of you can do that then that's truly love. Many marriages in the west dont lasts coz they forgot the true meaning of love.. they get in fast only to realize they want out asap or wanna choose someone better. Thats not how the way it should be... NXJ 3:16 |
