QUOTE(BTimes @ Jan 25 2014, 01:43 PM) The cooling measures in Budget 2014 were not overly punishing. My gut feel after looking at similar cooling measures of several countries, and the sentiment across several forums. Many people are still looking for properties to buy for own use or long term investment, not flip. I agree with you. Being a young gen y myself it never come across my mind to flip. Also considering the prime location of my current prop. Why should I flip for short term gain? Not everyone here is to flip... |
