Regarding if, IF drop 20% after 3 yrs, (assumption niacin, ok) it's worth waiting if price stay stagnant. Wat if price up again let's assume 5% per yr? Then drop 20% after 3 yrs means 4th yr la, how har? Still can use I TOLD U SO boh?

Stime someone just need to know most prop investors r there for long run rg 10yrs 20yrs. Nothin wrong holding it collecting rental n not selling. I dun c myself bleed at all. When banks come to me, they r happily giving approval cos the rental income with no loan for most of my props r income. Not liability. 

So far onli sold 4 in the past 23 yrs. Am I a flipper??? Gua oso dunno. But seldom sell unless the price offered to me is way beyond my imagination, just like wat I did for the particular 4 units.
