Flash won't trip,  but it needs new bootloader,  so it will trip when you root it.

Really flash wont trip Knox? You mean flash with Odin ? Coz I'm very worried if it trip, I might lose my warranty.

The phone show some symptom of display problem about few times. Like the display turned to greenish, and sometime screen error. So I'm guessing sooner or later I'll have to send it for warranty until the problem rise again and become very serious trouble.

Thats why I'm worried about flashing the phone.

Then don't do, send for service is better choice.

Flash stock firmware won't trip via Odin, but will once you root it due to new bootloader.

But for your case, why wait? I will immediate send for service.

I wish I have evidence of the symptom(like taking photos of it). Sometime it happens, sometime it doesn't. Dunno the people at the service center will believe me :\

No, it won't trip knox.

KNOX will ONLY be tripped if
1. Flash custom recovery
2. Root for firmware higher than MJ3

Flashing stock official firmware via PC ODIN won't trip knox

No..as long as you flash full stock firmware..it won't trip Knox

Previous install apps will work. But when you try to do following will fail.

- Titanium backup to SD Card will show fail.
- Multiple select photos for deletion at QuickPic also fail.
- Copy/Move data using third party browser, example Root Explorer.

and etc.
