I am on Petron 97 but with additives.
Is RON 97 really required? With additives some more?

thanks for the info. wow... so total cost will be USD80 x 3.38 + 35% tax RM94.64 + USD30 shipping = RM466.44 for 1 set of of the mud flap.

Tax is actually calculated on CIF cost. That means inclusive of shipping.
Also, it's not 35% total tax but rather 25% + 10% compounded.
Therefore 118 with 25% import tax = 147.5
147.5 with 10% sales tax = 162.25
That's 162.25 x 3.38 = RM 548.41

Some say because of the courier use - UPS parcel will have higher chance of getting tax than US Post. Kinda true for me - all my UPS parcel kena tax, no matter the amount. So far item send via slow US Post no tax.

Maybe because items sent via USPS consider low value.

Used to be like that. But not anymore leh. USPS parcels also kena like mad liao.
I think they go for location. KL/PJ ones they are more diligent. If address outside of KL/PJ, they are less strict.

thats logic...if the item is expensive, it wouldnt be wise to use usps mail...
Actually I've used USPS as carrier for many of my high priced items with no problems. As with any items shipped, they need to be packed nicely. Just the customs is a problem now.

This was the sales guy telling on the day I collected the car. The next dayi drove back tommy hometown and occasionally hit 6k rpm while overtaking.
I don't see the reason to hit 6000 rpm just to overtake? Should have a lot of bottom end power.
