dunno y all the player seems so demotivated, shouldnt they be happy that spurs draw and should give their best at getting the PRECIOUS 3 pts? I think rodger should be more firm n mean to his player, i don't see the urge of him rushing his player to score. All he did was clapping hand n from wat i seen maybe is some encourage word, well tat is a good attempt too but obviously is not working.
