Yes, it's possible since it's only consuming 8w per driver, and running on either 4ohms or 8ohms which you can use your HU internal amplification to power it. Anyhow, just dun waste your time on it because:

1. The speaker is too small, 4" doesn't produce enough midbass. Due to the acoustic characteristics of the car, it'll drown the sound from your drivers.

2. Multimedia speakers are not treated chemically to take extreme heat. The material of the cone will be gone in no time cos it's undergoing a cyclic stress and eventually fail, which in this case it's thermal stress.

3. You can get a reputable component set for approx. RM550. A component set consists of a pair each of the midbass drivers, passive crossovers and tweeters. Somebody is doing a bulk in zerotohundred.com: http://zerotohundred.com/newforums/showthread.php?t=92868

Well, Focal is by JMLabs, A reputable French HiFi company but one turndown is usually the bright tweeters.

4. Spare a few more hundred on top of your RM300 and you'll know what I mean at the end of the day. Don't settle for cheap brands as it won't last long.

Ermm, 4" is not really in demand. So, hardly can find any bulk on it. Perhaps, you can try to scout around for Alpine. You can try visiting ACP Trading in SS2, KF Audio in Aman Suria or Jalan Ipoh, Megasound near Subang Terminal 3 old airport.
