Guys, wanna ask something about matte screen protectors

Do you find that matte screen protectors affect the clarity and sharpness of the screen? From my previous experience on Samsung i9000, I find that there will be colour artifacts and reduced sharpness if I put on a matte SP

I compare my Nexus 5 to my colour calibrated IPS monitor which has 95% sRGB coverage and yeah, the phone is slightly yellowish

Using Lightflow pro ... no issues with the notification ... running smooth.

Yep. By turning that off, you've reduced 95% of the NlpWakelock which haunts all Android devices with cellular/WiFi radio, GPS chip.

If you use Android Device Manager, then it will be totally unusable. If you're using Google based mapping/navi system, you need to turn that on as well. You can toggle it on when you need to be updated for Google Now or using Google Maps rather than leaving it on the whole day.

how you gonna Greenify if you didnt root?

can greenify those apps like whether checker like beautiful weather/yahoo weather, push notification like gmail/yahoomail, messagging apps alike like wechat/line/viber.

Nexus phones are the epitome of smoothness in the Android world. Period.

All the other brands have their own bloated UI customizations, for example Samsung or HTC which hog resources and you may experience lags here and there. My experience with my SIII was terrible to the extend that I almost hated Android, laggy, unresponsive, freezing, crashing (I'm on stock and rooted, no rogue/black market apps).

But I decided to give Android another chance by getting a pure android experience with the Nexus 5 and boy did I fall in love with Android again. Never will I buy another non-Nexus phone ever again....  

I disabled Google Now because it was eating up some battery and using GPS unnecessarily. Feel free to disagree

i keep on received a group chat from whatsapp, and i would like to quit from this group, the reason is i suspect the group chat 'might' drained my battery, btw question will the group chat drained out battery ?

I love Google Now.. so so useful.. maybe you guys just don't know how to utilise it fully?
I was so amazed when it detected my booked flight information and created a card for it; transportation, flight schedule, gate information etc.. !!
Other than the usual weather and home/work cards, I also have sports card (EPL scores) and cards based on my recent chrome history (news, articles, etc)

Because, IPS screens can't produce true black. The true black it produces is when the LED backlight turns off. When its on, its 5% grey or something, not pitch black.
