I think the liquipel think already goes live with second version "Liquipel 2.0". I'm supprise that they have local Malaysia distributor here. Asia only Hongkong, Malaysia, and Indonesia have distributor.

After Google-ed for the last half hour ago, finally I found an answer. Even thou using a VPN can visit PlayStore outside of our country, but it seems to be can't go through the payment page due to the Google intelligence system able to scanned our billing address and our shipping address which is the country and tied to the Google wallet setting. So conclusion is, I need a people with a proper Google account of that country with a visa/credit card of that country tie to the Google wallet as well.

Alright, time to call my relatives before she coming back from Australia during CNY. lulz.

Simple answer. No.

You can order from any Play Store <insert your country here>. But the real problem is, Google able to track your Google Account which previously active in which Country(eg. Malaysia), and also able to track your Shipping Address(eg. Petaling Jaya, Malaysia), and lastly your billing address(eg. Malaysia) as well, so the System will conclude you that you are coming from Malaysia.

With VPN, you only able to hide where you come from, but you can't hide where you gonna shipping to. So you need a forwarding service like previously other said. Lastly you need to have a clean visa/debit/credit card that is from that country, if not the Google Wallet also able to trace you.
