Hi, I am actually moving house to a landed property. I currently have unifi 10 mbps VIP package but i cannot relocate due to some error in their system. They said that I cannot put unifi there as there is already 2 seperate lines in that house. Its funny because that house long time nobody stay already. I went to TM Point they said that they cannot terminate that line without the original owner of the line but he missing already for a long time. House owner also no contact of him already. Is there any solution for me to put unifi in the new house without tracking down the previous tenant who owns the line?           

thanks but settled already..apparently TM called up the old tenant and got him to terminate
