QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Jan 7 2014, 12:13 PM) I know the classification. But 5' does feel like a tablet to me. I need something small and compact, thin and feels light enough to carry in my pockets. And most important I can operate it with on hand especially during driving. never drive and play handphone at the same time... safety first |

QUOTE(lilzany @ Jan 7 2014, 01:45 PM) but XSP only running a dual core processor la...if wanna compare, should take XZ and XZR as reference. this should give a better idea of the battery performance This post has been edited by ckchan: Jan 7 2014, 02:47 PM |

so far all aspect of this phone looks good. now if only sony really market z1c properly and not launch it quietly, partner with local telcos with affordable pricing... i'm sure this will be a successful product

QUOTE(hondy_wave @ Jan 22 2014, 12:57 PM) hehe.. iphone for richfag.. i think, who ever bought z1, must regret coz z2 will come only a few month ahead. then, z2 compact. what else? maybe dual front speaker? most of the time i keep my phone mute when playing games. and seldom listen to music or watch video... camera? so far i think the same. 4k video? so far i am only shooting HD video with my z1 and satisfied with it in terms of balance in quality and file size. design? same... in fact, i feel that this sirius may not even be z2 at all. seriously not enough improvement over z1 to be it's successor. but let us all wait and see la. so far all rumours only technology changes very fast nowadays. if u keep chasing new releases, it'll be a never ending pursuit. important is get what u need, not what u want (unless u got lots of money to spare...). and it's been a norm that so far sony releases 2 flagship per year. if u getting a sony flagship phone, gotta live with it |

QUOTE(hondy_wave @ Jan 23 2014, 08:05 AM) but the race is too fast.. what to do... for user may think of resale value... as a company, important is to stay ahead of the competition with new product.agreed with u.. well, samsung may have flooded the market and piss off alot of its supporters... but then look at where samsung is now. their strategy works and they are the market leader now in this industry. that's most important of all. |

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Feb 25 2014, 11:56 PM) I don't think its coming that fast. Then whats the point of releasing Z1C when Z2C is here to kill it off? Err... Same case as in z killed t/tx and z2 killed z1???And there's also rumors saying another xperia d6603 is in the works, maybe z3? But I'm just saying la... |

well, whether to wait for z2c, up to individual la. thus far no news or whatsoever rumours about z2c yet...
but if we look at the spec between the big brothers, z1 vs z2, i think the biggest difference is the screen. z2 uses ips which greatly improve the viewing angle of z1. but looking at z1c, it already is using ips screen... so, what else is there to look forward for z2c? slightly faster processor? stereo speaker? 4k video recording? are these important to your needs? |
