If your set is from DirectD, the phone is warrantied for 2 years by Brightsar, same and official distributor for the Moto G in Malaysia. Should be a good AP company I think.

From my insider news. Price of z1c will less than rm2000 for sure. Available in march. If can wait then wait Malaysia official set.

So far I have not encountered the flash bleed yet but that being said It could possibly happen due to the assembly quality. Don't get me wrong, it still feel like a solid package

Superior Auto mode. I suspect they might have done some tweaking in algorithm the pictures taken has lesser noise compared to the original z1, not much but slightly noticeable. Also it might be due to the smaller screen size/IPS display that just portrays a better color reproduction.

However, flash is always the worst enemy for any photography, better to tweak with exposures and ISOs.
Used to DIY some mobile LED flash diffuser by applying few layers of masking tapes LOL.

I dont think you guys should worry too much about the flash bleed. Its a phone anyway, not a dedicated camera. If you need to take a lot of pictures maybe you can opt straight for a digital camera. Im sure a digital camera will produce better quality pictures than a smartphone would.

Apparently the issue is more prevalent with the pink and lime models compared to the black.

Went to sony centre in the curve last night, had a chat with the sales manager over there and i asked about z1c.
He said the z1c will be available at Sony stores on April. Wtf so disappointed

is it? i ask sony at lowyat plaza, they say this month with price between 1.6 and 1.8.. 

So Sony store already have display units? Gonna check it out tomorrow.

yeah, my only wish is that they can reveal the official pricing and packages to allow me decide now to either patiently wait or get the AP now.

Everyday I'm more and more tempted to get the AP instead of waiting and hoping for a good official price or bundle lollll

Well mine from DirectD seems alright though. Only thing is that they don't have lime green and to get the pink one u need to pay additional rm100.   And the z1 compact being only recently launched, I doubt that there would be any reconditioned sets.
