who said helpdesk easy job..... when they get scold    from user/customer that time you know it ? Almost everyday you know ?

you see they're highy paid bcoz of they can claim OT.

For programmer, if you choose a better company, you will treated better as you can't imagine.
I wonder why you move backward to become a App Dev after you're consultant.
My guess is Senior App Dev in some MNC having highly pay ???
