So far my experience with HP quite ok. well its your personal reference and maybe sometimes just luck la. i even have bad experience with dell. and yet people say dell so great. hp direct can get discount if you know how to bargain. only thing have to bank in or credit card and wait for 2 weeks.
i seen one stupid idiot bagger was shouting and cursing at the service center cause of fan... which hp willing to replace within 3 days and we want it directly change. just a fan? a cpu fan? he thing those casing fan ahh... stupid.
