I would like to say this regime has helped cleared up most my acne. and I also would like to thank Jinyee for this post.

A little bit of my background, i have dry and sensitive skin. Sometimes, I also have oily skin especially got off work. I used to have acne on the cheeks, forehead and jaws..

So, in early December 2012, I bought cetaphil, neutrogena oil free moisturiser. Since I the BP2.5% is out of stock. I ordered online from acne.org. It cost about RM40 for 59ml of BP2.5%...

I started using this 3 products.. The BP was a huge disaster ... I just put a thin layer over the acne .... the next day, it was so red, itchy, swollen.. that I had to skip work. My whole face was so red that I couldn't expose to the sunlight.

For the next 2 days, I didn;t use BP, but continue using cetaphils and neutrogena moisturiser. ... the redness of my face faded a bit.

A week after that, I continue using BP but I reduce the usage as I wanted to avoid the side effect. However I still have the redness and itchiness....

I repeated this routine for about 1++ month. I can see my acne has greatly reduced. My face is clearer.... I still use the cetapil and neutrogena moisturiser... But i had to stay away from BP unless i have numerous acne... then i just put a bit of bp on top of it..

to add on : BP2.5% is not magic which cleared ALL my acne larr.. it mostly cleared 2 types of my acne:
1 type is the red bump acne. the one when you touch, it hurts. Another one is the pimple, the one when pressed got the yellow liquid come out.
I still have blackheads problem which i rely on beautician to squeeze it out.
